You trust us with your photos — often the most personal thing on your phone. Here's exactly what we collect, what we do with it, and what we never do, in plain language.
What we collect
When you order, we collect your name, email, and phone number (if you give one), the photos you upload, and your order history. That's what it takes to make your magnets, deliver them, and help you reorder later.
Your photos
Your photos are used for one thing: printing your magnets. Many of them include children, and we treat every photo with that in mind. We never use your photos in marketing or the public gallery unless you tick the explicit consent checkbox at checkout — and even then only after Stacy personally approves the specific image.
How long we keep photos
We keep your photos for 24 months after your last order so reordering a favorite is easy — then they're deleted. You don't have to wait: you can delete your photos, or your whole account, from the customer portal at any time.
Payments
Card payments are processed by Stripe. Your card details go directly to Stripe and never touch our servers — we only see that the order was paid.
Analytics
We use Umami, a privacy-friendly analytics tool we host ourselves, to see which pages get visited. There's no ad tracking, no cross-site profiles, and we never sell your data to anyone.
We email you about your orders — confirmations, proofs, shipping, pickup. We only send marketing email if you opt in, and every marketing email has an unsubscribe link.
